Overview

2022 was a real BRAND.VIER year. For us it sometimes felt like we were picking up cruise groups at the quay edge and then showing them sights along their route. In order to understand BRAND.VIER - the vision and its prerequisites - you simply have to go through it, sometimes stop and really perceive what is happening, what is there and what is possible. We call it Walk & Talk, because of course good conversations arise while walking about what can be seen at the moment.

It has something of BRAND.VIER tourism

In the meantime, there really is a fixed route – optimized like a tourism company. We start at our dialog box in the Frankfurter Allee, show our renovated houses in the "Aktionsraum Cottbus", the architectural art and the common rooms there. We stroll to Potsdamer Platz and listen to a violinist there. We visit the after-school care center Kinderinsel – a completely new wooden building by the city of Eberswalde – and show that other actors are also starting to develop the district. We visit our current action area Oderbruch, in which we will renovate another 2023 apartments in 174. We visit them gallery window and learn how cultural entrepreneur Udo Muszynski views the district. Finally we end the tour in the dialog box. Here we meet the violinist from Potsdamer Platz again and look forward to the exchange with our guests.

Increasing numbers of guests in the district

In 2022 we welcomed the Brandenburg Infrastructure Minister Guido Beermann, the Alliance for Housing in Brandenburg, our 1893 representatives, many housing companies from other parts of the republic, local politicians and neighborhood managers. For everyone who hasn't visited us yet, our new one went in 2022 BRAND.VIER website on-line. Here we tell the story of the neighborhood, put Gisela and remember all the milestones that have brought us here. Of course, there is also all the information about the current apartment collection and our three previous ones BRAND.VIER folding plans, which document the development of the district. The most recent is ours "Erdmännchen" Folding Chart, which introduces the "Aktionsraum Oderbruch" and also lists all the play facilities for children in the district.

Culture lovers also have a thing for walks

When we're not strolling through BRAND.VIER with our guests, gallery owner and cultural entrepreneur Udo Muszynski, ours, does SHIPYARD filled with life. He regularly invites you to ART walks in the district and then shows the art in the building, which gives our renovated houses a special touch in the entrance areas.

One stop is always the Havellandstraße flagship project

Because in this first renovated BRAND.VIER house there was also art in the building for the first time - among many other reasons why the "BBU Verband Berlin-Brandenburgischer Wohnungsunternehmen" awarded the house in October with the "GEWOHNT-GUT-Siegel" awarded. It also showed that many are interested in BRAND.VIER Article in the wiJOURNAL of the GdW Bundesverbandes deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen.
