Overview

Gisela is finally back in her apartment. She had to move out in spring 2021 because her apartment on Cottbuser Strasse was completely renovated. Not just her apartment, but the entire house. And not just one, but four houses. In the end there were 168 apartments that were new and chic and immediately rented. Gisela was one of the first in the new house. She was back in January. Of course it was still noisy and dirty everywhere. After all, three other houses had to be finished. Nevertheless, Gisela was happy about her new old apartment. She had picked a lovely two bedroom apartment called the Relaxed Mason. She found the names of the apartments a little funny, but whatever. The apartment collection was called Galaxy Edition. And the 1893 will know what she's doing. Success proved her right: all the apartments were rented out before they were even finished. They must have been surprised themselves.

To Gisela's great joy, granddaughter Leonie has also moved to Cottbuser Strasse

Mama Heike has fallen in love with her neighbor Jack - the Englishman with the funny accent. Together they were expecting a sibling for Leonie. The soon to be four needed space. Now little Joshua is here. And Gisela is a grandmother a second time. The start in your new apartment couldn't be nicer. When the weather is bad, she often wanders with Leonie from one entrance to the next. You visit the Artworks, which organized the 1893 for each entrance. Two more will be added in 2023, when the house on Spreewaldstrasse is finished. Then they can extend their walk a bit. By the way, the move went very well. The 1893 organized everything. Hope it works for her Father Heinz also that good. He had to move out at the end of the year because his house on Oderbruchstraße is now being renovated.

Gisela has lived in the district for a good 40 years

Since 2019 she has been telling about her life in BRAND.VIER. In 2020, her daughter Heike came back from Baden-Württemberg with her granddaughter Leonie and moved to the newly renovated Havellandstrasse. Many years before that, her father Heinz brought her to Eberswalde and put him up in the then freshly renovated Oderbruchstraße. On our new BRAND.VIER website there's the whole Gisela story.
