Our second member survey with ActiveBo we already did in 2021. In 2022 there was that right at the beginning Results. In most cases we have improved or maintained the level. We can really be proud of that. In the areas where there was criticism, we have worked out a catalog of measures together with AktivBo so that we can continue to improve. After all, the results show us exactly where our members want changes.

An impressive value. 95 percent praise the fact that they always get the right contact person on the phone when they call us. 92 percent confirm that we always stick to agreements. The sense of security has improved in all residential areas. And the most common words when describing the 1893 were these: modern, competent, friendly, reliable, available, satisfied, helpful and fast. Is not that great? In the first 1893 whispers of the year 2022 we evaluated the survey results per residential area and were able to declare each area the growth winner in a specific area.
