AktivBo runs regular for us member surveys through – with great insights for our work. Vodafone accompanies us in the area of building connectivity. The database company Falkensee has ours digital tree register built up. And Sablono shows us the construction progress on our BRAND.VIER construction sites and during maintenance work in real time.
It is important to us that we work with these companies on an equal footing
We offer them insights into our processes that they can use to improve their software. This leads to an exchange based on partnership and brings both us and the WowiTechs big steps forward. In 2022, this collaboration even led to an award. Together with Spiri.Bo we certified as "Digitalpioniere der Wohnungswirtschaft" .
Incidentally, we also combine internal expertise with external expertise
We train for new challenges cross-functional teamswho build knowledge and develop solutions. For digital solutions, we then look for companies that have already successfully implemented this. By the way, we are gradually dissolving our classic team structure. A first step is ours Field of Experts , in which employees are based who build up expert knowledge and carry this into the 1893.
