Overview

In 2020 we signed a cooperation agreement with the city of Eberswalde and the state of Brandenburg. Brandenburg's infrastructure minister Guido Beermann visited us together with Eberswalde's mayor Friedhelm Boginski. Thanks to this cooperation, 57 million euros in funding came into the district. For the city, this meant a number of infrastructure projects in the district - including the renovation of an important traffic artery. For us, this meant planning security for the Cottbus action area (168 apartments) and the Oderbruch action area (208 apartments) including outdoor facilities.

At the start of construction in the Cottbus action area, Brandenburg's Infrastructure Minister Guido Beermann visited us a second time. The founding couple of our cooperative - Marie and Adolf Lemme - traveled in a time machine and were enthusiastic about the many innovations that we are driving forward with the construction. Digital building with Sablono, for example. Or the KIWI digital locking system, which we use to make house entrances accessible. The many different floor plans that architect Frank Zimmermann and his team came up with. The merged house entrances, which in their entirety will eventually become an art gallery. In Cottbuser Strasse alone, four artists will put their stamp on the houses.
